Delete your account
You can delete your Gezenti account whenever you like. If the app is no longer on your phone, just write to us.
In the app
- Open Gezenti and go to the Profile tab.
- At the bottom, below Sign out, tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm Delete your account? with Delete.
If you made your account with Sign in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more on your iPhone.
Without the app
Write to us from the email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in with, and include your username. Once we’ve confirmed the account is yours, we delete it and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your photos, on every sticker and album
- Your stickers, badges and titles
- Your follows, followers, likes, reports and blocks
- Your profile and username, which someone else may then take
Everything goes at once and for good, with no waiting period. This can’t be undone: to come back, you’d start a new account from scratch.
